Physical goods will be shipped via Canada Post Services and International Postal Services.

Delivery make take 2-3 weeks of which we have no control. There is no cost for shipping.

Manuals will be downloaded via a link which will be sent to you by email.

Manuals cannot be returned or refunded unless by special circumstances. Contact us before trying to return items.
